Bristol

Asda Walmart - Lane 13, just before the central aisle and adjacent to nuts! Bread is said to be found in the bakery section. Not a good place for a quick shop as there are only two "about ten items" lanes in a big complex.

Warwickshire

Stratford - Tesco. Far right hand corner, facing you as you approach, next door to "Whole Foods".

Birmingham, north

Asda One-Stop - Not marked. It's in the pasta section, about a third of the way along the central aisle. Turn into the aisle and you will find it at the far end of the aisle on the left.

Asda Queslett Road - In the aisle just before the cake and bread section, along with fruit juices and other whole foods.

Tesco New Oscott - first aisle to the right as you enter, far end on the left with organic foods, a good selection including own name products.

Devon

Tiverton - Morrison's. As you go in head left to far corner. Facing the checkouts it is the corner to the right of the checkouts. When you get there, turn 180 degrees and you will find the Free From section was directly behind you.

South Molton - Griffins Yard whole food superstore. Does not have Free From bread ('no demand') but otherwise a good range of stuff, directly on your left as you enter the store.

Introduction

When I first found the 'Free From' section in my local supermarket it was like a shipwrecked sailor spying land. They're not always easy to find so these pages are purely devoted to sharing information about where they can be found and how good they are.

If you are gluten intolerant, wheat intolerant or suffer from food allergy, these pages are to help.
